Aimee Gibson

Aimee Gibson, PCC, is a certified executive coach, facilitator, and former change management consulting executive with over 20 years of experience in coaching and consulting, is sought after as a talented leadership coach and effective group facilitator and trainer. Aimee has advised, coached, and facilitated in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors representing a wide range of industries. She works internationally and for small and large local and geographically dispersed stakeholders. Aimee is a faculty member at Inclusive Communities, a non-profit organization that provides education and advocacy related to the topics of diversity, inclusion, and social justice.

 

Aimee skillfully leverages the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP©) as a basis for individual and team learning and growth; partnering with her clients help them find clarity, joy, and courage on their professional journey to meet the complexities they face in the larger world. When coaching and facilitating, Aimee draws on her knowledge of adult development theory, mindfulness practices she studied at The Center for Mind-Body Medicine and essential practices and tools designed to increase employee diversity and organizational equity and inclusion as studied at the University of South Florida, Muma College of Business.

After several decades of experience in the coaching and consulting space, Aimee has synthesized the most effective techniques and approaches to offer world class coaching services to leaders, employees, and teams at all levels.

 

Aimee is a founding member and former VP, Co-President, and At-Large Board Member of the Georgetown Institute for Transformational Learning Graduate Network; an alumni network for graduates of the Institute of Transformational leadership (ITL) certificate programs. She is currently the founding Vice President and Treasurer for A Hero’s Light, a non-profit focusing on the health and well-being of service members, first responders, public educators, and their students. Aimee is also an active HRAM of the Midlands, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee member. This committee seeks to evoke curiosity through learning, breaking barriers, and sharing diverse perspectives to change lives in the workplace and beyond. Aimee values these opportunities to give back while learning and growing herself and others.
