Brittany joined the Inclusive Communities team as the Director of Operations in November of 2022. She grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and completed her bachelor’s degree in Health & Human Physiology with a minor in Psychology from The University of Iowa. Before pivoting to non-profit, Brittany spent most of her professional career in the healthcare sector.
Her journey started at a physical therapy company servicing 40 physical therapy clinics in the Chicagoland area. She then shifted to healthcare staffing, starting as an operations coordinator, before being tasked with building out a full operations department. Brittany is passionate about DEI work and is excited to bring her operational knowledge to the Inclusive Communities team.
Brittany comes from a close-knit family that loves all things sports, especially football. She is a diehard Chicago Bears fan. On most weekends, you can find Brittany at a sporting event, concert, or brunch. She also enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family, and is a skincare enthusiast.
